There was a time that long hours, personal sacrifices, lopsided work life balance was a badge of honor and there was absolutely no reward as a consequence. This is not the way to success, there’s a much better way.

Experiences are drawn to us, thoughts are things and yes, there’s a law of attraction - you can attract good or not so good. Our subconscious is always working to achieve what we want – success or challenge.

Courses and degrees alone do not create leaders. We tend to follow the structure someone else built that defines success when in reality…true Leadership comes from within. 

Wanting more is an excellent start for your path to grow, in fact, it’s one of the best signs life can give you. I personally created a toolbox as I navigated throughout my career – principles which allowed me to rise above and achieve what I wanted because I was done with getting what I did not want and the lesson I learned… it is safe to want more…to do more…to BE more.

Nelson Mandela reminded us there is no failure...only learning. It's through lessons that we grow, thrive, co-create, and move closer to the success we desire
